“IDram” online payment system along with its partner "Megapay" payment system gives its users opportunity to make the public facilities payments online. It saves users’ time and saves them trouble to visit postal departments, banks, etc. The payment process takes few minutes and payment information is immediately transferred to public facilities operators (“Beeline”, “VivaCell-MTS”, “Armrosgasprom”, etc.). The service is free of charge. A payment bill is issued, it can be printed by the user whenever needed.
To make utility payments through “IDram” visit “Public facilities” section and: 
 

• Choose corresponding page in subsections ("Beeline", "VivaCell-MTS", phone, energy, water, gas)
• Put the phone number and request data query
• When the debt amount is shown up type the destination sum in “Sum” field 
• Make the payment and type the bill
