1. What’s “IDram” ID (client’s personal room)?
”IDram” online-payment system renders its users individual secure internet-space, where they can make payments and monitor their payments history.
2. What are “IDram” ID and password for?
During the user registration to “IDram” system a personal login – 9-digit number – is created. This number is the client’s ID. “IDram” ID and password are necessary for logging in to system, where user can realize online-payments with the help of his ID.
3. What to do if pin-code or ID is lost?
If your pin-code or ID is somehow lost, you have to contact the system operator by phone or Live Support service and follow his instructions or visit “IDram” office at Hanrapetutyan 49, 7/1. The client has to show his passport, ID number (if available), name and e-mail address, which was submitted at the registration.
If for any reason client cannot come to office personally, he has to send a notice with scanned and certified copy of his passport to info@idram.am . The notice shall include his “IDram” ID (if available), name and e-mail submitted at the registration and passport series.
If data provided by the client matches registration data, the lost ID/pin-code is to be recovered and/or changed.
4. How much safe is “IDram”?
”IDram” system security is ensured at a few levels. Data transfer security is held by 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Level) coding, which excludes third persons’ intrusion to data transferred between the system and client. Client’s “IDram” ID is protected by password and code. Information on other protection levels can be found here.
5. How fast is the shop informed about the product cost paid?
First the system checks if there are enough funds on current “IDram” account. Then the marked sum is checked-out of the account and the shop is immediately informed about the payment. The overall process takes few seconds
6. What is Identification and why it is necessary?
In order to have access to all services of Idram payment system, client has to pass the process of Identification.
The process of identification is necessary for confirming the identity of the client, which is, according to Anti Money Laundering Policy, as well as for the security reasons of the financial transactions, is obligatory. This process consists of three stages. In the first stage the client identifies his/her e-mail and mobile phone number. In the second stage, the client should update his personal data, if there is any incorrect information filled in before. To complete the third stage, the client should visit the head office of Idram system with passport by the following address: 49 Hanrapetutyan Str., 7/1. Clients, who live in regions and can’t visit Idram head office, should send the notarized translation of the passport in Armenian, Russian or English to the company's postal address. After that, the envelope with the activation code will be send to the customer’s registered postal address.
7. How to withdraw funds from Idram ID to bank account?
In order to be able to withdraw funds from Idram account, one needs to pass the process of Identification.
To withdraw funds to the bank account the client has to login personal Idram ID, press “Withdrawal” button and choose section “To the bank”. After choosing the appropriate bank from the list, the client has to enter the account number in the field “Account”. If the bank account is supported by a credit card, the client has to enter the number of credit card in “Comments” field and send the withdrawal request.
8. How to refill Idram account?
There are several options to refill Idram ID.
- Refill by cash at Idram head office, as well as at any branch of “Armbusinessbank” or “Ardshininvestbank”
- Cash refill by “Tandem” or “Megapay” terminals
- Via Arca virtual card or VISA/Master cards
- Via “Webmoney” through www.nachange.com
- Via Idram prepaid cards, which you can find at Idram head office
- Via bank transfer
